In my local butcher shop you can get buffalo meat, caribou meat, alligator meat, rattle snake meat  but no whale meat. It is endangered i think.

its common delicacy in usa. state PA but PA doesnt have any native rattlers. I heard caribou is tasty - is that true ?

yes Caribou is nice. meat texture  - a bit stronger than goat.

Whale meat is full of mercury and other toxins , avoid it . I heard it even tastes like cr*p
