Just RT-PCR test and Suvidha form, 

FYI, irrespective what people in Hyd airport, asking travelers  to take PCR test again by paying RS 3500.

February varaku no appointment available but some people are finding u need to keep trying. Stamping ainaa travel restrictions valla h1 b not allowed u need NIE approval for traveling on H1 to USA

Don't fake the RT-PCT test... Just go as it is... Anyway the virus in India is more advanced than the one you are carrying
