background check lo nuvu yemi yechina most of the time company tho share cheyaru. But few companies do get the results.

 

contract iyethe .. you can just use your employer name. clients details are not required.

when they start background , they will ask you to fill your employment details in somewhere like verification company website or your FTE company portal .... fill accurate details there .... you will be fine .... unless it is small company or HR too much scrutiny , they won't cross verify with your previous resume .... make sure you won't get any negative feedback or comments in that BG report  

 

Also remember , you have option to skip current employer BG check ... so if you are not comfortable with that , utilize that option to skip current employer verification

Always have this doubt never had full time so a bg check emaina diff untadha from contract bgc? For my present job employer gadi p numbers and emails tho aipoyindi.. ft ki what else do they ask for?? Paystubs only?
