BJP has successfully appealed to lower caste groups today. Congress is still stuck in an era where calling themselves janeudhari was useful.

BJP is upgraded version of Sanghi, openly biased towards Hindus, whereas Congress atleast was able to maintain the mirage that they wouldn't target muslims.

Today muslims are in mortal danger in India. And Hindus don't care about it. That's the reality.

Yeah that's how their population increased from 9 to 14.2 % in india since 1951

what's the solution to this? To start targeting UP/BIharis in other places? Or to provide them with necessary infrastructure and education to make the next step?

Same with muslims too. Provide them with necessary infra and opportunity to grow and they will follow the rest of the population as far as growth goes.

They did , an average UP/bihar hindu has more children than an average muslim from south india . 

 Muslims do tend to have slightly higher population growth in the same area but overall overpopulation is a issue of north india vs rest of india
