ma emp gadu min pay run chestunadu from past 8 months saying 2nd partner left the company and he took a lot of loans before leaving funds levu some b***s story cheptunadu, now he is not responding to emails/phone calls.. almost 30k money ravali ...i140 inka apply cheyaledu company jump avudam antey...can we proceed legally? any chance to get money back? pls help

as long as he is running payroll according to LCA , you cannot pluck a single hair. the only thing you can do is threaten him to complain to DOL about his illegal practices.

1) be with your employer. Don’t change. Request he will pay and do not lose patience as it is his business and not yours

2) if he owes you have proper proofs and records on a timeline as to exactly what was done and when things were discussed. This should be worked upon with a accountant so that things sum up in your favor later on
