How could corruption be prevented if the same officials are in charge of the system ?

They should completely remove human interaction with officials / have a fixed timeframe to complete task / introduce GPS based boundaries

GPS based boundaries are there but they are not very accurate… there are some limitations with GPS based boundaries like accuracy… accuracy up to +/- 1meter ante properties ke kudaradhu kada

Even phone apps can pin point with 2-3 cm accuracy  .

Dedicated GPS devices can give marking within few mm error these days .

Increasing salaries for employees did no improvement in their services... municipal offices became very worst..even if we complain to them on our problem no response..if we raise a grievance online simply they are closing without doing anything...if we go and ask in office they are replying tag Ur problem to ktr ,then we wl respond...very worst fellows.. salaries waste for these employees...only 5% gud employees..

Yes, the online system is a garbage and full of errors. I had personal experience few days back… the conclusion I learned is, all these land reforms/ online system are enablers for open corruption. We are forced to interact with officials for even stupid online errors now.

Government officials are beyond redemption , the only way to remove corruption is to remove them entirely from the equation .

For example passport processing was outsourced to TCS .

there used to be an army of brokers before passport office to do same task .
