Name change on indian passport

Not enough because US lo renew chesthe they need Address proof anukunta but you have to check with consulate if they are ok with Primary's address proof, I doubt they accept the application without address proof.

Avunu. Marriage certificate is enough ta.  Address proof ki you can attach your DL, mee wife ki lekapoyina.  Adi kooda work avutundi ta. Friend tho check chesa.
