Very easy man. Fill renewal application with new surname and attach marriage certificate. Once you have new passport just stop by at SSN office and they will update spouse SSN last name and re-issue with same old number. 

Passport lo address India di undi…10 yrs old kada…adi USA current address ki change chedhamani…wife peru meeda nenu move ayina new USA ki related address proofs emi levu…saw somewhere that marriage certificate is enough if spouse lives in the same address…just checking if this is true
