I don’t think Indian men are insecure about Asian men. Coming to love, you are falling for people who are in your social circle or those you are interacting with. You are not exactly choosing from all your potential available options - only just from a handful of people. More often than not the choice you make would not be correct for you.

From what i know anti-indianness is common in singapore including in the original tamils settled there.

Indians bring the worst attitude - a strange pride in india which does not correspond to any economic or social advancement in india with a grabby attitude for foreign things.

We cant solve this. Our own Telugu identity is better for us. why associate with india - most of the world despises it anyway.

It is their choice, who is to judge if it's the right or wrong decision for them. You don't know them more than themselves.
