It is not a generalized fact. Some women/men may have low libido...you have to understand the fact...

Women loves romance and sex is part of romance for them. You have to keeep them excited and amazed all the time. It doesn’t have to be anything crazy but regularly Take her out to dinner or a movie. Travel with her and buy her some flowers once in a while. Show that you love her genuinely then she will give flower as a part of package. 

In Eastern culture such as Thurak and our desi ankuls take their wives for granted and expect her to sleep with him everyday as if its a routine. It’s not going to work that way in female brain. They will reach boredom sooner than later.
 

The key word is  Romance here. Even after marriage just imagine why shahjahan built a Taj Mahal for his wife. It’s a quest to make her feel special and loved.

Do you have kids? Is your wife working? How much of housework are you doing? Understand that if a woman does office job takes care of kids and also takes care of housework, she will not have any energy left. That maybe one reason. Others being hormonal. Did she get checked to see if her thyroid levels are good? Any autoimmune diseases? Sometimes hormonal issues play a role. 
Another thing is women are emotional beings rather than physical. Edho switch on and off laaga undadhu. You have to build that up. Helping in housework , giving small gifts periodically, appreciating her when she does something good, not letting her down before others will make you attractive in long term relationships. 
Also if she is stressed out about something that might contribute. 

   If you are doing all these but if your wife is still not responding probably she is asexual. Not everyone is interested in it
