It’s not worth it, tbh for people like us. Less expensive and feasible options are to make sure to not to lose existing hair if possible. Mushrooms, Cashews, Sesame Seeds, Asparagus are best source of natural folic acids hair mainly need. Hair only need protein and it doesn’t need carbs or sugars. So eating more protein (30 gms/meal) makes most impact. You can now try stop hair-loss by biotin or whatever the bad testosterones. Usually Finasteride helps but only 1 mg. High dose is not recommended for people without kids. Eating good Cholesterol helps body get more good testosterones.

i would never recommend any of these. If people are desperate I recommend “Stop and Regrow”. It’s natural and more healthy option than transplant. Transplant won’t last but the other option can if you don’t have shiny head. Search and take appointment with “Stop and Regrow”
