in Real estate - if you want money.. either sell it or suck in the cost and watch it grow... 

in 401k and other stock market,, you have an option to partial withdraw...

any investment fund provider will have similar ETF funds..

choose the right ones and spread the investment.

my funda is... from age 25 -30 = put into 100% stocks.

30-35 = 85 - 15 stock - fund ratio..

for every 5 years of age = change ur distribution ratio by 5-10% ...
