H1B approved in 2018 June while in India..stamping pothe Query lo petaru..after 1 year passport itniki pamparu without stamping..staying in India since then. Actual H1 expire date 2021 March 25th(which means already expired) but today case status updated to ‘Intent to Revoke Notice was sent’. 🤔🤔🤔

India lo undi stamping avakapothe H1 expire avvada? Why did I receive revoke notice now after expiry date?

consulate might have recommended USCIS to cancel the H1 petition and USCIS sent you the notice even though it is expired. consulate late ga pampinchi undachu lekapote USCIS took this long to act on consulate recommendation.

and yeah H1B stamping ki H1B petition ki sambandham ledu...neeku stamping lekapoyina H1B petition is still valid (that is how lot of people are working in India with active H1B)
