Marriage gc takes very less time depending on the state.. max 2-3 years lo vachesthundiga if ur wife is citizen within 1 year or less anukunta .. malli e visa endhuku? Unless u r getting divorced or something..

O1 has similar requirements as eb1a. O1 badulu eb1a or b apply chesko vachu ga

Agreed but lawyer is saying EB1 is taking longer now a days thanks to delays in i-485 processing and also and it has much stronger scrutiny
