Dinner salad recipes

Annam bandh chesi elli salmom tuna olive oil chicken grill or pan fry chey. Chapathi and bengal grams tho or guggilthao thalimpu eskoni with chilly and salt vesi thinu. Mrg levagane green tea marchipoku and before walking ki elle mundhu inko cup taagu without sugar. You will be fit and inka ekuva hot threads lo kanapadthavu. Weekend lite ga oka one or two peg whiskey kotti panduko

Salad antey endhi salad thini pandukuntava? Not good but salad antey inka raddish carrot keera tomato broccoli eve inka boiled and bore mingithey lite ga salt esi water lo unchithey tesi thinu. I love dondakai raw too.

Aakulu thini brathakalevu uncle .. exe chesko millets or brown rice ki switch avvu .. em thinakapothe work cheyyalem ..personal experience .. if u dont have job, then u can go hard on urself.. kumbalu kumbalu food thinakunda oka good portion thini urukatamee gym lo
