lol. It's been long history. Pashtun is majority in Afghan and minority in Pak. The entire border shared between two nations divided between Pashtun's and they attack in Afghan and disappear to Pak border and which is why it's became a challenge to vet off these people. 

Brits purposefully divided the borders to keep the conflict between people alive so that they can rule. This is not a today's problem. Sadly we are too far from fixing these kind of border disputes among Middle East largely.
