How state economies grew in last 30 years

Whenever TDP ruled the share of AP economy grew rapidly. Ofcourse this doesnt mean TDP rule is best economy is secondary to security

This data itself is wrong, tamil nadu figures are all over the place .

The contribution from TN to india's GDP is 10.6% according RBI while yours shows only 8.65 

Even inside this inchorent data it shows that AP did not have any increase in GDP share of india between 1990-2000 and 2010-2020. 

Incase you don't know growth is always measured relatively, see how well Telangana did from 2010-2020 3.52 to 4.61%

While AP regressed from  4.72% to 4.68%
