There is no conflicts, one country involved in these "peaceful" countries to provide "peace" and nurture "peaceful" groups like Al Qaeda and taliban and got bombed by them.. and sold weapons to all sides. 

In order to defeat them stayed for many years and extracted natural resources from  those countries , jumped the ship finally leaving countries to those "peaceful" groups

One reason is that all of them are tribals and don’t have the nationality feeling that bonds all of them… they are all tribals and their loyalties are towards people of the same tribe but not to their country people if they belong to a different tribe… 

they get the nationality feeling only when some outsider like Russians or Americans invade them..
