government schools were deliberately sabotaged to benefit private schools . 

It's true socio economic reasons are also one of the causes for decline but if they are adequately funded and administered everyone will join . Just see how government colleges are still the most favorable destination

Actually government schools have the biggest grounds , class rooms compared to garbage Narayana , chaitanya . And the teacher pay is several times more 

Idk why are you even talking about Infrastructure , 99% of Narayana- chaitanya schools doesn't even have parking space.
