Lol, and you know this because you work for NASA? Lol. I know for a fact how NASA budget changed between 2020 to 2021 to include some social inclusion bullshit. The projects that were being done to build infrastructure and maintenance were cut because of this. NASA has a huge budget, but it gets diluted because of the requirements on who gets defense contacts from the Government, the red tape involved is what makes very less actual work possible for the budget they have. I know this first-hand.

May be you are just winging this crap. If you point to the 'projects' that were cut because of social inclusion budget, it'd be easy for me to check. 

I don't even understand what social inclusion expense is. Are they paying women/poc higher after democrats took charge? Are they creating positions for women/poc that don't require to exist.

If it's approved by the budget committee, there must be a record for it in the budget. Otherwise it's just some liberals inside NASA dicking around to piss others. It has nothing to do with democrats or republicans

It's not just NASA, i find scientists generally less likely to be too sure of themselves, and always add qualifiers to their statements

I can't divulge the actual projects for obvious reasons but I can give you examples. They no longer do projects on their own, they do the actual research but most technology building is contracted to companies. There are requirements of who gets the contracts, like if you're a woman of color heading a smaller company you're more than likely to get a project even though the price you quote is much higher than what other companies quote etc. and so on.

Woman of color having a quota to get a project is regular practice in govt contracts. It's not specific to NASA, or to the changing of govt in 2021.

You want to pretend as if NASA is this otherwise perfect organization that will choose the perfect contractor if govt just stayed away. 

You think a very small percentage of contracts going to women of color, is adding severely to the cost overruns of the project. As if NASA didn't have budget overruns in the 70s when none of these rules existed.

Btw, did Biden admin order women poc requirement after 2020? Sounds like regular thing for most govt contracts in the past decade atleast
