Most normal people don't care about notions like countries when compared to their own careers. But that doesn't mean they had bad experiences back home. You go where your job takes you.

Most people i know stay because their wives insist they stay here and NEVER go back to that culture where they have to face in laws. Ofcourse for many others its money. But why is money lacking in india ? its lacking in freedom thats why
