How to complain about psycho supervisor  ?

Manager ki complaint email pettali....

supervisor is still single...at 45 and kind of psycho mentality.

Also cheap desi mentality on everything.

what about his reputation among peers. Try to find out what others think.

There is strength in numbers. Majority ilaage feel ayithe you can easily take it to your manager's notice.

I had to speak up in my previous project about one associate Manager. Luckily my manager agreed with me and told he felt the same.

But they won't come up....to speak out

If he is imp to team, mgr will show a deaf 👂. Nothing wrong in complaining though. But I am trying to set right expectations
