I don't see you winning from the way you posted this.. complain on the style, not get personal.. the minute you make personal allegations, it becomes a personal attack. Set up a 1-on-1 with your manager and explain the situations you are dealing with. A quarter is a good time to look for changes.. if not, work with your HR Business Partner. Corporations are tricky.. depending on the treatment meted out, move on to another employer or complain with Human Rights Commission of your state, which means you have to find a new job.

you need to give exact picture.. like what words he is using. what was the situation etc.
