GC processing madhyalo promotion vaste HR saying cant promote ani . It will jeopardize GC processing ani...
GC epppudu vastado emo.....anyone dealt with this situation, please advise.....

GC is for future employment… promotions do happen considering the wait time for Indians.

You need to restart your perm process…

if you already have perm approval and I-140 filed then you can change role I guess.

yes i have perm approval and i-140 already approved

Not needed once original PERM is approved… PD remains in tact once 140 is approved…
