promotion to manager role doesn’t make you eligible for EB1-C…

Have been employed abroad for one year in the previous three years before entry into the U.S.  by  the parent, subsidiary,  or affiliate of the U.S. employer / petitioner. The key qualifications are that the entity abroad and the petitioner need to have common control, usually evidenced by >50% common ownership;

hmmm.....so ippudu nenu same company toh india lo manager postion chesi...malla US ki vaste for same company then can do Eb1 ?

manager role change should not be a problem as long as your duties dont change much. if you still work on most of the stuff listed on perm job then you should be good. you cannot just shift from being developer to just being people manager. i think technical manager role makes better sense. ensure the job duties are similar with additional responsibilities
