I have to speak... Real estate is done everywhere Including Rajasthan desert. 

Even when in 2008when sri ysr garu brought companies to puli vendala ... Suddenly 1 Acer farm rate went above 60 lakhs and after his death when rosaih took over all those real estate values went down..pulivendala is not even capital city but people still invested.

 

Now let's talk about amaravthi... People who wants to invest in vizag, vijaywada Ongole , nellore came to invest as it is new capital

You are completely wrong... Real estates value dropping is onething..
