Last year quarter growth rate : -24.4 % .

This year's growth : 20.1 

Lets do some basic math if india 100 in 2019 

It's 100-24.4 = 75.6 in 2020 

In 2021,  75.6 *1.21 = 91.46 , still 8.5% down over 2019 quarter . 

Indian economy is fcked up since last 1.5 years , every state had an increase of 5% debt to GSDP , center is unable to generate tax and hence resorting to petrol taxes .
