It's 100-24.4 = 75.6 in 2020 

In 2021,  75.6 *1.21 = 91.46 , still 8.5% down over 2019 quarter . 

Indian economy is fcked up since last 1.5 years , every state had an increase of 5% debt to GSDP , center is unable to generate tax and hence resorting to petrol taxes . 

 

yea you are right  around 9 percent down. I made a mistake when i said 30% down it is about 3 lak crores down on 33 lak crores -so around 9 percent/
