You are potentially violating the below rules

1) It is illegal to drive in state of Texas after 90 day's with out transfer of your license
2) The vehicle will be impounded if you are found that you did not transfer the plates to Texas after 120 days of your transfer
3) It is illegal not to inform USCIS about your movement to Another state.
4) If you stay in a state for more than 6 months you owe taxes to the domicile state, it is illegal to not to report it.
5) Insurance fraud. If you are staying in state for more than 6 months then it is mandatory that you have to report the change of address to the insurance carrier.
