well all those chinese , mexican's (drinking,smoking weed) who ranted about evading law in my child hood landed in Jail for stupidity,  some one always does the watch... doing things not in right way and not getting caught is not living free . you can always go back to India after spending time in Jail...

Good Question Grandpa... if you look into my previous replies some of those violations are having jail time.. they did not deport you just like that.. they check other violations too..

Lol So you mean that all those illegal people whom DHS busted last year went to jail? lol. They ll simply deport you uncle and give you some hours to leave country.
