Jokes apart, but I agree Intermittent fasting is best if you can do this. My friend is working on clinical research as we speak and we are seeing tremendous results from patients.

safe weight loss is 1 lb per week (5 - 6 kgs). Max you can try is 2 lbs per week (10 - 12 kgs). Don't go beyond that and plz don't post these dangerous videos.

one-1-1.25 fat percent taggali one month lo. And one week lo 1-2 lb is fine overall ga 4-5 kg is good

3 months lo 30 kg weight gain avtadaa - its a slow process reduction should be same as well

It is 100 % correct , It worked for me. I cannot exactly say how much time I took. but i definitely felt light weight . I came down from 195lb's to 172 lbs. I included some exercises too.

16/8 fasting.   eat from 12 noon to 8 pm. and then fast from 8 pm to 12.00 noon. 

During fasting hours you can drink water or coffee without sugars (any liquid less than 50 calories)

Exercise in morning is good to reduce weight( as you fast overnight and will start using body fat for energy)  if you do evening exercise you will not reduce much weight as you will get energy from food you ate only few hours before.
