16/8 fasting.   eat from 12 noon to 8 pm. and then fast from 8 pm to 12.00 noon. 

During fasting hours you can drink water or coffee without sugars (any liquid less than 50 calories)

Exercise in morning is good to reduce weight( as you fast overnight and will start using body fat for energy)  if you do evening exercise you will not reduce much weight as you will get energy from food you ate only few hours before.

This is exactly what is being followed in clinical research now

Veeru uncle maatalu vinu addam ga dorikipoyaru. I know people close to me suffering with these nasty tricks. Not sure why people don't either maintain that discipline or believe in that crap.

it will work only if you have discipline and follow. Most people give up because it's hard to maintain a high fat diet and not eating carbs. Specially for us where we grow up feeding more rice and less meat/good fats.

its not about not working...sugar tagichi heart mingipote okna? and at the same time his Indianized version of Keto is very difficult to maintain...the main blunder in his reference claiming Humans are Carnivore...arey erri huka..its a known fact that humans evolved from chimps...and they mostly eat fruits and veggies
