If I recall he was also administrating visakapatnam , vijaywada far longer than Hyderabad .

CBN is good and YSR is too good

YSR and CBN are two different icons that united AP witnessed. Healthy atmosphere undedhi. 

I can even remember after YSR came to power.. He accepted with his serving beaurocrats abt cbn efforts in dev hiteccity.

He also req them to plan good thing.. thus 'Financial district' came into existence which ultimately paved way for many MNCs and crucial in dev of gachibowli nanakramguda surroundings

Financial distirct was already planned and land allocated. Yes YSR unlike his son did not interfere with the development.

In your own words these are smaller towns , I am talking about cities that were 1/2 the size of Hyderabad in 94 . 

Vizag even had industries ,a reputed university by then .

Vizag isa mofussil town. The best real estate was given to that shitty delhi govt which occupied port. CBN had to build his own state port gangavaram unable to bear that delhi govt.

as an Admin I support his call then, as three of my dad's brothers are Govt school teachers and I see  now each get a lakh Plus as salary comparing to other govt jobs
