phatposts Posted September 3, 2021 Report Posted September 3, 2021 i have this - started recently. i am not into sports but i walk a bit daily - may be 4 miles avg laaga including strolls, intlo panulu etc. doc took x-ray nothing antadu. after some research marathon sports ki velte - mostly this is plantar but we are not docs ani kaalu ki vaalla daggara edo scale laaga undi. it looks for pressure, foot angle etc. Brooks glycerin ane shoes started using. It is better but not great yet. I am overweight also, so i have to work on it. Intlo kooda cheppulu vesukuntunna (personally i dont like to wear but now i have to). Hoka One Ora Recovery flip flops using. I feel this flip flop is helping a lot, kaani veredi vesukunte ventane pain realizing. So i am afraid i may get immune to these and it comes back. Let us see. So far naaku ardham aindi entante this can be fixed only with life style changes more than medicine ani. Good luck Quote

AndhraPickles Posted April 19, 2022 Report Posted April 19, 2022 Stretching is one of the best treatments for plantar fasciitis. Stretching should be focused on the plantar fascia and the Achilles tendon. A physical therapist can show you stretching exercises that you can repeat at home several times a day. Along with stretching, the exercises can also strengthen your lower leg muscles, helping stabilize your ankle...just bare the pain...no medication required....tc Quote
