The Barrier of entry to real estate is only capital which this guy had nothing in 1990

agreed, Shoban babu advice helped him a lot...but I'm sure Shoban babu didn;t suggest him where to buy and which area etc. Shoban babu only invested in chennai and surroundings. This guy purely Hyd tho start chesadu.

Its normal mentality. People find it easy to accept born rich. But if he became rich from ordinary family oppukovali ante kaluddhi because his success also points to his failure. Vaadu rich avuthe nuvvu endhuku avvaledhu ani.

So they make up all kinds of accusations to satisfy themselves.

In politics too people find it easy to accept YSR riches as there is perception that he was born a landlord but CBN ante ollu chaala mandhiki manduddhi as he wasnt born rich at all.
