retail banking sectors lo vuntayi (like chase bank, boa bank..like we visit regularly..)...kaani less opportunities i guess...targets kooda vuntayi anukunta...

CFA laanti certifications vunte...he could land in big investment bank firms...

every bank has these kind positions, just have to stop by and ask whats the process, or check in their career site for openings listed.

CFA, CMA, CPA or FRM unnaya?

H1 meeda salary minimum untadhi. So have to get good pay for approval.

Correct ga sell cheskunte..,, awesome growth and pay untadhi… encourage him to move forward, since he got experience in that.

Which company did your Friend Work with in India? and what is his Degree? Based on that we can tell  whether he did as in Banking operations or IT side of it. Both are called Financial Analyst. In Operations you Document the loan Process.. daniki US lo Visa Sponsorship ivvadhu. However Banks Hire CPA & CFA's into IT as they have complete knowledge on how the subject, they hire as SME's who can help inputs on KPI's

CPA ,CFA are not speciality as per USCIS. So H1 file cheyyavu US Based companies.. There are lot of US CPA's that banks even dont consider you as a candidate. Sorry but the truth
