Not every broken person processes their trauma properly.

If the person is matured enough then that's fine.

Your broken past isn't a ticket to emotionally abuse others.

I had to introspect why I used to put up with so much nonsense, when I had to walk away way earlier.

I babysat every cousin that's born after me. When my cousin was two yr old and I was 5 or 6, he hit me with a stick and I started crying and wanted to go home.

Then he started crying asking that I shouldn't go. I was so confused and I didn't know if I should stay or go home. I ended up staying.

He was just a kid but I loved toxic people like how I loved that kid. They are unhealed children in reality but I had to realize am not their mother. Better late than never !
