easy ne untadi...I-539 form fill cheyyali and every thing is online. Supporting documents like I-94 copies, passport copies, your's and your wife visa/passport copies, affidavit of support I-134 anukunta...anni online lone scan chesi submit cheyyochu. Also pay the fee with credit card....so basically there is nothing to mail USCIS...antha online ey.

once you pay and submit all, within few days lone receipt # issue chestharu...they dont mail you that document, you can find it online when you login to the site...akkade documents tab lo receipt # pdf untadi.

approx 3 - 4 months lo status update vasthadi regarding finger print...adi kuda online lone untadi. Dont wait for physical hard copy by mail, they wont send anything....just print that document and then go for fingerprints anthe.

both parents ki one application enuf aa? and whats the fee?

I dont know after finger print, how long will they take to either Accept or Deny the extn.....heard ee lope 6month extn kuda end avvochu but status will not update ani...so fingerprint ayyakka just send your parents/in-laws back to India within end of 6 month extn period. I dont know if we are allowed to apply another extn...I suggest you dont.....pakka red flag issue chesi, deny istharu and next time POE lo issue create cheyyochu.

yeah you can submit for both parents.....nenu only mother-in-law ke chesa, so fee was $410 approx for one appplicant.....DB lo vere threads untai chudu...someone mention if you combine two applicants, the fee is less? may be I'm wrong but pls check

they will stay another 3 months only…so aa lopu fingerprints kuda kavu..if they leave its ok kada with application pending..?
