Quick question...on c2c jobs in Texas or florida...for h1b person

Say ....if we get a c2c project and client is in florida....$50 per hour....which has zero state tax.

And say similar c2c project with $50 per hour in California state client....how will the state tax impact the in-hand billing rate  ?
