Try this masala in chicken

Ginger and garlic pakkana pettesi .. migilinavi motham chinna pan lo low to medium meedha fry la cheyali  close to 8 mins… gasa gasalu last 3 mins lo vesthe saripoyhundhi

chinna size rolu thisukoni (patel lo vuntadhi) nooraali oka 10mins complete powbder cheyakandi…. Kobbaru slices motham crush avvaali …. oka 8 mins crush chesinaka ginger and garlic vesi malla inko 3 mins noori… vachina semi paste ni chicken or any masala curry lo veyandi….. trust me u will love it

ala em kaadhu baa..it depends on the one's pallet too..nuvvu already try chesa annav and u liked it that's more than enough knoww..

nenu try chestha next time ki i'll adjust it to my pallet if it needs some tweaking..

Avunu sure ga tweat cheyali… nenu exact ga measure chesi cheyaledhu.. try it…. Aa smell yye glat avuthaav… regular process lo chese chic curry ki intha masala smell raadhu… oka saari chesthe idhe follow avuthav

Sure baa ..nenu deggara deggara same chestha but fresh coconut and nuvvu cheppina masalalu konchem thakkuva vestha...but will try this recipe...will keep u posted baa...

So anni masalalu together dry roast chesaav chivara 3 mins mundhu gasagasalu vesaav kadha?

experiment ga cheyandi… u will continue making like this forever :)

yalakkayalu missing... 4-5 veyi... aromatic taste vere level untadhi....also some people add curry leaves too in the mix.... I tried both and liked it....
