i strongly believe without india sucking our resources we dont need to go all over the world and live as minorities without parents/relatives anywhere.

But its not practical for even a small minority/. america has 5% quote for GC for ENTIRE india not just andhra. I know in this forum majority are in us. But even then for a majority  of people would prefer to stay where they are if they can get everything they want. Afghan/pakis are desperate to immigrate but do you ever see an emirati or qatari desperate to immigrate ?

We will find a way. Hopefully Kapoor ankul will do some lobbying and make telugus great again.

There are two sides to the coin. 

Most of the students leaving for US or Canada honestly are the people that fall in the low to below average performers in college and they know that they can't get jobs in India. The cream are happily staying in India and the salaries there have increased like crazy. Two people I know got jobs recently got jobs paying 90L and 88L in Bangalore and Hyd respectively with around 5 years of experience. IT in India has evolved from providing back office services to product based now a days. If you see in India now a days there is an app or a product for everything and the start up world has really evolved like crazy. Please read the article below if you want further clarification. If you have the talent and can clear interviews getting around 80L to 1 CR salary in India is very easy now a days. 

I interviewed for a company in Bangalore recently. Package is close to 1 Cr. Waiting for feedback from HR. Hopefully I will get it. But I am getting calls every day. I might have an interview from Amazon HYD next month, I told them that I want a package of 80L before I can interview, they told me that they will schedule an interview next month most likely after the manager reviews the resume. I have around 7 years experience in US as a full stack developer.

Alanti jobs india anthe kalipithe oka 10k untayemo. Vast majority of iit/iimp people also leave. So who are these high performers staying in - i dont know. Some small excpetions maybe.

Extremely wealthy people will stay. But the core of society are middle class - if they chose to leave then  the society is failing.

It’s not entirely about money. There are other factors such as quality of life and staying swaying from filthy relatives.

I miss my parents and immediate family members though

I never heard of those situations in my entire life so far. Even 10k sounds exaggeration to me

There are plenty of such jobs. In that article they have given the number of job postings. At any point of time there are close to 1 Lakh job listings and very few applicants.

Trust me when you make 1 cr per year your quality of life will be much better than US

Lol, only AP TG nunche around 2 lakh Engineering graduates untaru every year. All over India nunchi 55,000 ante it’s nothing like 1%. 
 

Honestly most of the youth are finding good jobs here.. Most of the talented people are staying here contrary to 20 years ago.
