renting is not bad, I am seeing lot of people buying homes just because their pot luck buddies or apartment friends are buying . ladies are feeling jelly and adding pressure on hubby to buy home.

do your research ,weigh pros and cons.

I am just seeing people making bad decisions with peer pressure and settling with a home that is available right now rather than what is best for them .

 

 I will be wrong in many cases but theda kodithey it will be devastating financially & mentally .

In similar lines ...own house anedhi kooda oka social status and one can live happily without it...of course investment and increasing face value of money is different concept......but owning a house for happy living is booolshiitttt...

i dont think so...i wanted to keep the flexibility to move to any state/city for better opportunity. Now its time to settle down
