Most of the problems are available for free subscription. So, it depends on your goal. 

But its totally worth it you are planning to crack interview at the company where algos are of main focus.

subscribing for leet code my 2 c 

a)just involve enough to know the concepts and move on.. just dont keep reading every  solution . you will become picchod

b)remember LC is just like 20% of interview process. If you donno basics of design and computer science LC is of no use

c)initially you can copy paste others answers but have a habit later to do you own even if it takes 1-2 hours for a single problem

d)Learn problem solving and not just mug up programming concepts as once you get a desired role LC hardly matters

What companies? You have any names ?

I'm not sure of all the companies which asks algos. But leetcode has FAANG and similar company specific questions which will be useful.
