In a tough situation and need experts suggestions and help please, masters quota lo 6 years back eh1be file chesadu employer.... At that time manaki anth knowledge ledhu so emplyer adhi chepthe adhe vedham. so appudu na original client not willing to provide client letter because of their policies. employer gadu adho oka pakodi client letter submit chepinchadu (of course dabbulu dhulu kuda vadilay for letter) . eppudu after 6 years 'YouSCIYES' gadu client & na employer  ki query pampadu anta, nuvvu empoyement ela echav ani cleint ki what work you performed to this client ani na employer ki. Thing anti ante ah client oka pakodi client, antha business am nadavadhu so I am thinking adhi amiana red flag indhi amo ani but not sure, employer saying just query vachindhi client ki ani not giving enough details.

Employer saying it's very tough situation to handle and I may loose total h1 because it's my base h1b. Client ithae responded to query in high level, saying what work we performed and waiting for response. Nanu next year client FTE ki transfer avdham anukuntunna but eppudu edhi vachindhi not sure what to do. In full dilema. malli cheePT and OPTTTT valla kadhu to mainatin status. already stuglled for more than 8 years.

 

Any idea/suggestions on these situations pelase

yeah employer gadu ithae client ki details echi respond avvamannadu. But konchem tough antunnadu so getting scary. 8 years after issues ante kastem ga vundhi. eppudu malli kids tho masters ante kastem

No. Like I said above ah client adho pettam to survive at that time.Changed multiple clients after that.

6 yrs back h1 pina eppudu query na? Ee 6 yrs lo nuvvu ade employer tho unnava? ade client tho unnava? Unte eppudu problem enti?
