I agree icc shud declare as 2-2.  
 

captain and coach fked up by breaching and attended some fking event. Bcoz of these idiots test abandoned. Hope icc declares eng winner for this test.

It's preplanned... IPL needs 10 day strict quarantine. 

Other players expressed concerns about India, England players coming to Dubai bubble from England and playing match just after 4 days ..

 

BCCI requested moving this match to back in June when India had 30 day break but ECB didn't agree due to various reasons.
