Yes, inko job vethukovali urgent ga ani tension also undadhu ..flexibilty .. nanu adigithe talent unna vallaki e status ane hiccups undakudadhu .. they have to change their immigration system to keep the talented/skilled people here more than any less deserving.. e db lone many people deserve but the hopeless system valla e hurdles ..hopefully they make it easy in the days to come
