Previously I said AOS, it is not AOS it is actual green card and u will be excluded for numerical limits. It is 5000 per person.

Numerical Limits stay, This provision ends after 10 years.

My bad it is not AOS, you can pay 5000 and can be excluded from numerical limits. You can apply green card directly.
