whoever liked Tuck Jagadeesh

I liked.

family full of flawed individuals.

one particular scene I liked, when second sister goes to meet her bava in his house, and suddenly gets overwhelmed with emotions. and Nani tells his friend (and us) that the second sister is not acting, but its real. I think this is the one scene that the director nailed in the film.

I also liked that the director picked really bad, no name actors in the film. Jagapathi babu's wife, who? and the big Amma - what horrible acting. Half the cast was Tamil actors. lol. who dubbed on their own, and was grating on the ears.

the story was all over the place. was rushed at a lot of places, and dragged in some (his niece story is too convoluted and boring).

Majili was better than this film purely because of Samantha. Even it was badly written. Nani was good, but not Samantha level good in this film. The heroine should've had more screen time.

None of the characters in the film are likeable. Even Nani. It's probably a first for a family senti movie.

Get used to see tamil actors in telugu films and vice versa. south indian films are dubbed in to each other languages. Everyone doing it now a days becoz OTT platform like that mix of actors.

there was another movie like this kadha. sai dharam tej and satyaraj. raashi khanna super cute tiktok scenes unna kooda, that movie really rubbed me the wrong way.

too much build up about his grandfather having 'worked' hard and made a life. duh, dude is a landowning zamindar and is a fcuking scum who lives off other people's labour and pretends like he's good because he gives some throwaway money in exchange for 'resssspekkkt'. I actually wished satyaraj died a horrible death in the film, killed by annalu. lol.

no such buildup for nasser in this film, and even Nani. The director has his heart in the right place, but he should learn to write more interesting stories, and characters.

I hardly watch tamil films, even though I speak tamil fluently.

but in my observation, some of the telugu actors who come to act in Tamil have wonderful neutral tamil diction. example that Telangana girl who debuted in Tamil. I think her name is Anandhi or something. I can't believe she is not Tamil or grew up in Chennai.

no, not maheshbabu. his tamil is horrible.

may be Telugu is a harder language to master. Prakash Raj seems to be the only non-Telugu actor that speaks it fluently.

I haven’t watched the other film. Not watching too many telugu movies these days.
