H4 ead application question

Filing for my h1b extension h4 and h4 ead. In the h4 ead form question no 29 c(26) eligibility category, what should I give? Since this is a new h1b extension there wouldn’t be any receipt number. Should I leave this blank?

My attorney filled it with my current H1b receipt number.
