Manchi stretching routine edanna suggest cheyandi vaa..

daily 10 hrs sitting valla I feel like I lost a lot of flexibility. Some quick stretching routine (should take less than 15 mins) unte cheppandi. 

Yoga maatram suggest cheyakandi plz. I don't like it that much.
